"Our biggest challenge in this new century is to adopt an idea that seems abstract - sustainable development."
- Kofi Annan
The last few decades have seen relentless climate change and global warming is now something we all have to face. Demographic pressure, desertification and the scarcity of natural resources are increasingly frequent and pose ever tougher challenges. It is necessary to be at the forefront of a sustainability revolution in order to safeguard the natural equilibrium of the planet. The Chemical industry plays a central role in this and has to adapt its productive processes to this new reality.
For all these reasons, Sidus Chemical is adopting a sustainable path to growth and safe production processes, to safeguard both people and the environment. Sidus Chemical’s plant makes use of green electrical energy coming from renewable energy sources and the emissions are strictly monitored in order to minimise the plant’s environmental impact. Production processes involve only biodegradable esters and no mineral oils, which instead are potentially dangerous for humans and the environment. Our products are biodegradable, environmentally sustainable and they can be employed in every context without posing any pollution and contamination risks.
Sidus produces a wide range of products, suited for different purposes, but always keeping faithful to environmental sustainability and respect for nature.
