Sidus s.r.l. was founded in 2001. Initially a real estate company (until 2007), Sidus then focuses on the renewable energy sector, building and operating solar power plants.

The drive towards sustainability continues in 2014, when the company enters the Green Chemical industry, after obtaining an authorisation for the collection and regeneration of waste vegetable oil.

In 2020, Sidus Chemical is born as the latest project from Sidus, focusing on biodegradable oils and esters and renewing the company’s effort towards a sustainable path to growth.

Sidus' product offering is wide and ranges from chainsaw protective fluids to oils employed in the tanning industry; moreover it allows customers to create customised products, tailored to specific needs. In order to develop high-quality products that meet our customer's high standards, Sidus employs qualified personnel with decades of experience in the field.
